i have always wanted to see the Northern Lights, does anybody know the best place to go in the UK?

or at least a site that can tell me.

No your right the further north you go into the artic circle the better.

My freind did a day trip to norway for it flew out first thing in the morning then back early the next morning said it was amazing.

If you go to Norfolk and you know when/were to look you MAY catch them faintly as they are on the far east of the country that juts out (Lowestoft is the best). that means there is nothing above them all the way to Iceland

Id LOVE to see it its truly amazing

my Mam n Dad went to iceland for a weekend and couldnt reccomend it enough, Its fucking dear though!

Iceland is very expensive just to see the lights.

Any of the scandiavan countrys would be better cost wise.

September to October and from March to April

Iceland is west of us though so would you not be looking over the UK, if you are far east.

We went to Norfolk on an astronamy weekend and he told us you can see them from there

maybe cause you can just see right up to the north pole then
