I've just fitted a boot pop and can't get it quite right, it either don't pop far enough and gets caught, or pops too far and then catches again.
Anyone got any ideas on how to solve this one????
Solenoid is working fine and i've tried adjusting the rubber stops and they don't help?

ive got a corsa c and i have the same problem it doesnt pop far enough to go passed the 2nd stage of the lock.
It is useless asking on this they will say get some stronger arms or some boot springs but they wont tell you where to get them mate

i think u need to saw/file of the second tooth/lock on the mechanism because it generaly gets past the first one then gets stuck on d second! hope dat helps a lil.

Cheers mate. Sounds a bit drastic though, any other suggestions before i resort to hacking stuff away?

i did the same as animal on mine, it works perfectly now. hope this helps.
