have a look on BBC iplayer too, they show the last 7 days of programmes, not sure about the football though. I watched Eastenders on it the other day.

When I click any of the links under Burnley Arsenal I get this error:
Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage
Most likely causes:

Yeah you'll need to get Sopcast, mine will only work viewed in Internet Explorer, won't work in Firefox
