How much would you expect to pay to have a saxo lowered?
Front springs and rear torsion bar adjusted?

depends who you see and if their suppliying the kit

the rear can be an arse to do if its old and rusty

My mate paid £70 to the have the back lowered. Front is about £30

the rear isnt a bad job if its fairly clean, mine wasnt playing ball at all so I left it dragster styleeeeee

My mate charges £50-70 for the back then £30-40 for the front. depends on his mood

Friend paid 160 to have front springs fitted and rear lowered.

ill be paying 15quid a for each spring fitted, but this is a one man garage!! bargain

I can understand the trouble with torsion bars, but as for fitting the springs yourself Why not attempt it?
Another friend paid £100 to have 4 springs fitted

lool true, but iv got a corsa ill be fitting two new front dampers/springs and rear springs an dampers, so 60 quid for all that, unless he changes his mind?? and probalyl a tenner for two front brake discs, i still say bargain

recommended to spray with wd-40 a few days before. shouldnt be a problem with a slide hammer anyway

Cheaper to take the fragile POS to the scrappers, you may get something for weighing it in as well?
