It would be an uneconomical repair to buy parts from Vauxhall and get one of there garages to fit them. Thats the way the insurance companies look at it. However for someone to fix it at home on there drive is an other story.

yes you can see the fire damage on drivers side scuttle!

Does it need a vic?

How many miles?

Where is it located? Wigan?

yeah in wigan - dont know if it needs a vic (some cat C's do and some dont) you would have to call DVLA to find out
