i used to take protein and creatine, its ok but to be fair its a suppliment, if you eat right in the first place you dont need it.
people expect to eat shite all day, take creatine and a shake and expect to become man mountains. You eat right and train right for two months and youll grow better than taking shitty suppliments.
go down to fitness first and ask for a test and deca shot shake they are much better
