Hi there. My GF is looking to move into a bedsit before we move into our house properly (i have a contract for student house until June, which is why she isnt moving in with me yet).
Its unlikely bills are going to be included, so I need an estimation on weekly/monthly costs for her energy bills - following conditions apply -
Working from 830am - 5pm Mon-Fri
She will barely do any cooking there, we will eat my house 5/7 nights
Spend most nights at mine, 3/4 out of 7 so no other appliances will be on at ehrs like TV's etc
Central heating on for an hour in the morning an hour at night possibly, warmer months coming which is good
Basically she will spend not very much time there, it just cuts her 1h30 journey for work and back (so nearly 3 hours a day) to 10/15 minutes either way, and IMO I would rather her have less money renting this place and not be tired driving in the dark than the other way round, am I being sensible?
