do you start with the furthest away from the master cyl? I forget as its been a while

I would imagine so

we bleed the furthest rad on a heating system first

Also, do i have to do anything else as it has a hydraulic clutch as well?

In theory you should start furthest away and work nearest, ie NSR, OSR, NSF, OSF but having done it other ways I spotted no difference but it is good practice!

Yes, furthest away first, and clutch generally has it's own master cylinder, so shouldn't be affected
