thought the nova 1.3 8v sport would be 100bhp or a tiny bit more?

I raced a 1.2 8v nove in my 1.2 corsa and there was nothing in it until i put it in 5th

thing is, it's just got a standard sr engine in from the factory, so 70 odd bhp really

the cam & 40's was in the boot, when you bought it, and had top pay extra for them fitted

All 1.4 16v has 10.5 0-60mph.

1.4 16v has 90bhp @ 6000rpm.
1.4 8v SRi MPi has 82bhp.

my corsa seems to have more than 123, my old corsa was about 125 and alot lighter, the C is so much quicker

Tourque makes the difference.

My 1.4 16v always fealt gutless compared to a 1.6 16v, even though the engine was in great condition.

Think the 1.8 units are stated at 125bhp, but seem to give morelike 135-140bhp generally.
