The floor to the bottom of the arch? Then just work out the difference once lowered?

if you measure from the floor to anything how do you now that the floor is level. you need to work from 2 points that are attached like the top of the wheel to the arch, not the top of the tyre tho gotta be from the rim. or from arch to hub centre or bottom/top.

using the hub is the best way, as if you use the wheels, you could change wheels etc
