Is it a big job to change the steering rack? Its a non power steering...
Since its gona be used for road rallies...should i take the oppertunity to buy a quick rack? Would that be better?

If you can get the engine out then it's a lot easyer job. It's just fidderly.

taking the engine out is no problem...i cant find any copanies that have quick racks for a corsa...phoned Quaife and they dont have them

nova and corsa racks are different the guy said to me :S

2.5 turns lock to lock. Standard is 3 turns ish. I'd guess it would.

hmmmm i was thinking i might as well upgrade if im gona change it....i feel it needs changing because when i turn full lock to the right...something scrapes really bad

Do you have any marks on your pass wheel? Mine used to catch on the ARB bracket, untill i grinded it back.

Yeah. Goes from the wheel side, to the front, then to the other side then back to the wheel.
One half here, just above the dampers....
And the other half here....

aah yep...thought it was that......it only happens when i turn to the right...its ok when i turn left...and only happens when im hardly moving...like a 3 point turn
