Well i was thinking which would be better for the rally car 2l disks and calipers or v6 disks and calipers, because i heard the 2l brakes are good but not that good as they overheat quite easily but they have good feel, one the other hand the v6 brakes probably have better stopping power and don't overheat but they are heavier and apparently have not as good feel, obviousely the standard pads won't be used.
what would be best

What size wheels go on your car? do V6 fit under 14's?

V6 barely fit on 15's, so i doubt they'll fit on 14s

depends on the wheel.

for a rally car, I'd go with a comp brake pedal box and V6 brakes.

I'd say 2 litre. Better feel and not much difference in performance. Plus the V6 are fookin heavy!

As it is a rally car sp will therefore be stripped I would go with the 2.0 jobbies and a decent spec pad.

it's a bloody difficult decision, maybe with very "hot working" pads the 2l brakes won't fade but then again the disks might warp

2.0l deffo

v6 are an over kill tbh, prob lock up at 130mph on a corsa

2.0l ones, as i might even down grade from my v6 to 2.0l ones

2.0l one are perfect, stop you dead from 100mph

managed to get the discs glowing red once, but that was ragging the arse off them for ages!

2l brakes are plenty of a small hatchback with fook all weight. Seeing as they stopped 150bhp cav gsi's/callys....
Most people just have v6 brakes because they look cool behind 15" wheels, lol.

I would say v6.
The pedal feel really isnt that bad and you quickly get used to it. Most of the pedal feel on a corsa is how well the rear shoes are set up but many people overlook that.
Only real downside of the v6 ones is that they are a very heavty calliper!

With a proper pedal box, V6s won't have a crap pedal feel.

na the less weight the better, makes it handle better and the less unsprung weight the better also because the suspension will work better.

better x4 overkill
