I started at the gym, towards the end of 2006, went for 4 months in an attempt to build up a bit, all that happened was I lost just over half a stone which took me from 10st 4, to 9st 7, since then I've never been back upto 10 stone. So yeah you don't get fat, but if you wanna try and build up it's even harder cos you've gotta eat near enough constantly to kinda overtake your metabolism, and enable you to gain a bit of weight, plus if I was to exercise as much as people recommend I'd have to eat more just to maintain a healthy weight, so instead I do barely any exercise, and therefore even tho I'm thin, most people that have a slower metabolism, are fitter than me

I used to be able to eat loads and loads of food (junk and normal grub) but then I was getting a lot of exercise (cycling a couple of miles everyday) then I had a car (stopped cycling ) and the weight soon flew on!
Now however I am trying to bulk up and be more defined so I try to eat a lot of food and so far my weight is still under control
I'm 20 6ft 3 and 16 stone

probably eating too little = slow metabolism.
Plus some of those things are still high in saturated fat / cals.
