Are exhausts different for different engine sizes?

I.e would a 1.2 backbox fit onto a 1.5?

Wanting to know as i need a new exhaust and can get a decentish (a bit bigger than standard) backbox for cheap, but it's off a 1.2 corsa.

dont think so.

1.2 is a petrol.
1.5 isnt

I knew that.

I just meant do exhausts have to be different for different fuel types.

So i need to find an exhaust for a 1.5 cheap enough.

there all the same apart from the 12v which is smaller
