what are the lwas on tinting windows?
im guessing you can have all the windows except the windscreen and front windows 100% tinted, as it would be then like a corsa combo / other white van if you get me, car is a stock corsa b

as far as im aware teh front wondows cant be anymore that 30% tinted, last i heard about it, bk windows can be tinted yes and deffo not the windscrean

Back 3 windows can be as dark as you like 
Fronts must show 70% light through them

Most windows are tinted for the factory so applying any more tint to the front windows will lower the allowed 30% of light to shine through.
Although you may get away with a light smoke. Just do go mad with Limo Black on the front!
Not only is it attracting attention to yourself from the Five 0, theyre a pain to drive at night with, belive me!!
