Im going playing pub golf in 3 weeks and I Bloody hate Pints of Lager / Cider and a plumber is NOT going to be beaten by some uni boys with trendy hair

yeh i did it with wine, for that reason.. plus when i was at uni it was only £2 a bottle, when its that cheap you can force yourself to like it..

I suppose so, Im the worlds fussiest eater/drinker

Its the guniss (sp) im dreading the most

I drink whiskey or vodka usually so im ok on that front

Yes it is, you develop a taste for it.

Golf club lager tends to be Carlsberg/Carling. But one thing you will notice, is the pint after a round of golf is the best pint you'll have.

Aside from golf club stuff

Coors - Light beer (may prefer it?)

u teach yourself to like beer imo like when ur a teenager and you get ur first beer and u pretend to like it but really think its vile. then u develop a taste for it

same with ciggs if u were unlucky enough lol

I'm extremely fussy.

On a night out you'd find me either drinking pints of larger, or a large glass of rose wine.....

How can you like whisky but not lager or cider?

I used to only drink cider, and although it's still my preferred option, i tought myself to drink lager because it was awkward when doing rounds.

They are gay and pikey, but my money is on the students here. especially if you don't normally drink pints.
maybe you can convince yourself that you're a super heavy weight as well though?

I like whisky etc but not pints, im defo a shorts man. Want to have pints though, can never "go for a pint" after work cause you look like an alchy ordering Vodkas all night lol Might have to try force meself like you Matt

We played pub golf over christmas and it was a good laugh, I was suprised how easy all the drinks went down to say I hate bitter and guiness.

Dont forget full golfing attire or 5 shgot penalty each

And a hole drunk in one from the players shoe scores a zero for that hole!

i dont get why anyone would force themselves to drink lager, some of my mates still dont like it but drink it anyway! i used to drink puffy stuff like wkd's and vodka and coke etc then one day tried a pint and liked it
