Got to work and was falling asleep in the meeting. When i got to my desk i couldn't see what was on the monitor, was kind blured. Looked at a colleauge and he had 4 heads. Then my sight went all together for a couple of minutes  Was so scraed at this point!
Never experience anything like this in my life!
I had some guy giving me pain killers and the receptionist doing her nut as far as i could make out. Still got a head ache though.
From now on i'm going to be eating properly, getting a decent nights sleep and genrally resting more.
Was so scary!

Over the last 3 years my left side has gone numb 3 times and whilst waiting for my prescription i went all warm and tingly and eyesight went and was all wierd. Still aint been to the docs
