I just mean why close it at one of there busest times when they are complaining about loss of sales.

There cutting there losses to re-train the staff of the chain of stores to get the 'starbucks spirit' alive again.

there is over 7000 shops in the US.

McDonalds is the worst 102 or something in NYC alone.
