Hi my mates just recieved his car back from jnc and it has broke down again

the car starts up and then pulses as if u were cuttin the ignition off, when you rev it it will do the exact same thing but it will rev up higher then bang,
so far ive tried spark plugs leads and everything is fine on the ignition side of things as i took the coil lead off and checked to see if the spark was pulsing, but it was a constant spark, so this leads me to think that its fuel, ive tried the pump and thats working fine and thers plenty of pressure, then i did paperclip test and it came up with TPS and crank sensor, these were faults that were on the car before we got it fixed, so i tried the crank sensor and its still the same, so ive started the car and and unplugged the TPS sensor and the car still does the exact same thing, so does this mean that it will be the TPS

Cheers
