What do you use to clean carbon (bonnets for example)?
As last year at pvs, i saw a bonnet, which had been ruined by polish and other cleaning products?
So what do you actually use to clean it? Just wipe, wash & dry?

Wash it with normal stuff. Be weary of what polish you use.
Can you not get in contact with the manufacturer of the part and see what they say?

It's usually got a gel coat on it. Need to be careful with it as usually it isn't as tough as a good quality laquer. Plus it's a lot thicker than laquer making it easier to chip. Not too practical to have on the bonnet of a car in an un-finished state. Oh, usually it doesn't have the right UV qualities either to protect the epoxy from breaking down too as you usually paint over a gel coat with special paint for composites.
