1.4 corsa b van when i accelerate the steering feels real lose and pulls to the right fitted new track rod ends and it has 15s could it be tracking and getting the wheels balenced??

As above but also make sure the 2 lower arm/tiebar/balljoint bolts are tight as if the left side is loose it will pull right on acceleration and left on decceleration. (Those symptoms reverse for the opposite side)
