if you had to pick the most beneficial exercises for each muscle group what would it be. say one for each... just curious to what answers would be and why...

Chest - Flat Bench with dumbells

Back - Seated Rows

Triceps - skull crushers

Biceps - Palms Facing Pull Ups

Shoulders - Lateral Raises With A Barbell

Traps - Shrugs

All In my opinion of course, I dont really do much legs

Chest - Flat / Incline DB press

Back - Pull ups / DB Rows

Triceps - Dips / Close grip bench press

Biceps - Pull ups

Shoulders - BB / DB press

Legs - Squat / Front squat

Core - Deadlift


Matt, shrugs won't work your lats. You mean traps? Or is this a different type of shrug?

Back - Pull ups

Triceps - Cable Pulldowns

Biceps - Concetration Curls

Shoulders - Military Press

Legs - Squat

Traps - Shrugs

Abs - Cable Crunches
