Air flow meter has gone on car, pain in the ass as was hoping to get car MOT'd asap, but this has delayed it.. anyway...
£290 for one from vaux?
need one for a c20let if anyones got one.. just think that price is mad, will have to pay it if i cant find one though..

My one off the C20XE wouldn't fit. I think the LET AFM and XE ones are different

try scrappy, i got 1 for my 12v for £45 from scrappy, was something stupid like £250 from vaux

LETs arent as common as 12v in the scrappy

just had a look on their website and they do a re-conditioning, send my old one off and get it remanufactured for £189.00, 100 cheaper than vaux.
Tried all my local breakers to, like Hamish said, LETs arent very common in parts, all nabbed for conversions!

Hey mate, i've just bought one brand new from a local parts company for my xe, who seem to get hold of everything cheap... plus staff discount. I'm going there later to pick it up, I can find out how much one is for the LET if you want?
Edit: Was £160 + whatever the discount rate is.

If your desperate just get a cheapo one off ebay . Otherwise I sugest Autovaux.

Ah cheers mate, but havent been on internet all day, so didnt see your comment & already brought one this morning, got it from autovaux & said I will have it by tommorow/thursday

You can drive it without the AFM plugged in if you want to get it MOT'd. Will give you a bit more time to find one, I wouldnt run higher than standard boost while its disconnected though

Ah right, got mine for £66 in the end, and the supplier didn't have any for a c20let engine anyway.... glad you got one though
