V20 has been out for a bit now people, but depending on your network it might not yet be available. It is for O2 though!

running v20 on mine (Was 3uk's v12) the phone is sooo much fast espesh the camera and gallery.

Only downside is I had to debrand it using NSS as 3uk have not approved v20 on there network, from what I understand a few different networks havnt since the inclusion of nokia's own music store.

MAKE SURE you rebrand to the correct code afterwards, as it will help if it goes back under warranty

v20 running on mine with normal o2 product code......sooooooooooo much better

download sailling clicker to run PC from phone, Garmin XT (dont bother with Nokia Maps) and Windows Live/MSN

v20 is really good! Luckily my phone was unbranded to start with. Phone is ten times better than it was on v12 where it was rather laggy and the battery was pants. Even the camera is much improved!

technically yes but I didn't really have a clue and mine went fine... nokia make it available for public download so it must be warranted to some degree?

BE WARNED XP USERS

During the update the nokia software can give you an error saying COnnection to phone lost... This is not the case and XP has lost the connection to your phone and you need to manually re-attach it in the USB control menu thingy... DO NOT DO WHAT IT SAYS AND REMOVE THE BATTERY! THis will effectively kill your phone.

I only found this bite of info out after i had removed the battery
