how do i get the grill off the bumper, ive unfastened the bolts at the top but i cant get the grill to come away from the bumper at the bottom.
i dont want to damage it.
post 97 v-grill by the way

you push the bottom towards the back of the car, but be carefull they come out quick!

it is only those two bolts. So its probably just wedged quite well on. Worse case scenario is that the grille will break as its weaker then the bumper.
Just give it a gental knock towards the back of the car. Maybe a block of wood and a mallet around the edges to try and shock it. Shouldnt be stuck that tight

Tbh on my car when i bought it, i just fucking smacked it as hard as i could and it eventually popped out, awful things they are.

sumhow u will need to reach inside behind the grill itself as it clips on at the bottom.if u hit it too hard it may break the little bits of plastic on the bumper holding it on.there are four or five little clips that need to be unclipped to release it

the clips at the bottom of the grill snap into rectangular holes on the top of your bumper
