Hi guys.
Logged on to check my email this morning, to find a paypal email saying i have had a payment declined.
Closed the email and thought scam. Then thought better just check, so logged onto paypal and found a payment delclined, my name and address changed.
Ive logged onto it and changed passwords. called all bank cards/creditcards and cancelled the cards, and told them the problem.
Changed my ebay password to a completely diffo password, along with my western union.
What else could i have signed up for and need to change/close, that could be logged into with my same password i used for paypal :/
Think ive done the main things, just hope im not missing anything

I doubt it but I find it strange that someone did not change your logon password. I think you've covered it all.

I spoke to them earlier. It wasnt my paypal, it was western union. my mistake.
When they tried make the payment, it wasnt to my card, it was someody elses. probably why they changed my name and adress.
They couldnt get the money tho, due to it being declined, as they didnt call to verify in time and it expired.
Turns out they tried do it on 16th
