Yep.

NHS has Physios but they dont accept Chiropractors as being 'valid' as their methods aren't acceptable in medical terms.

I also pay my chiropracter £30 a 20 mins session, his best advice was:-

'FFS Jules, you come here and pay £30 a session and moan about it, but you happily pay £40 for a round of golf which makes Your back worse?!?....golf is the absolute worst thing you can do to your lower back'

I've stopped playing golf now

doctors will just hand out pain pills and pills to relax your muscles not much else they can do, they may even refer you to a pain clinic to help you deal with pain - very helpful i think not

This is all I get, they dont know the problem and just give me painkillers but the problem recurs.

you might just need a decent bed mate, i used to get back pain because i wasnt sleeping properly.

i think i got my back ache from not sleeping properly, might have to get one of those tempur matresses.
