Silly question, but, does an omelette still taste samish without any yolk? Kinda like em so just wondered lol

Don't have to omit all yolks, i used to have an 8 egg omelette or 8 scrambled eggs and use 2 whole eggs and 6 whites, didn't taste any different to me really

really need to sit down and work out how much protein etc I need. Just cutting out all the junk etc atm. gonna stand getting more serious soon

Dunno if any1 can confirm if this is true or not (looked on net and seems a myth) but mum said to me other day id get "Egg cantrememberthenamelol" basically that you get constapated from eating too many eggs??? any1 know?

oh i see, maybe she was right then. and the reason bodybuilders dont complain much is because they eat mainly the whites. so she wasnt talking crap

the man at the gym says im not sure about those protein milkshakes thats all!

i think they arent healthy? i dunno just dont like the idea of it

Just seen this

Protein is needed to help feed muscles before and after excercise (especially weight training)

Also good as food high in protein make you feel full for longer, so ideal when on a cut
