Not true - for one the latter takes far longer and has many more opportunities to stop. I agree they're both bad though, and both cheating.

I consider the other half kissing someone else is cheating although its probably something I'd forgive the once.
If someone got got off or shagged someone else I'd never talk to them again.

I'd consider Colin kissing another chick as cheating

I suppose on a scale from 1 to 10, kissing is more forgivable than sleeping with someone, but its cheating just the same.
