i think you have to warm it up first bucket of hot water i heard is the best way even someone said to me to put it in the oven for a little while

water takes ages, put in in the oven pal at about 200 for 10 mins then try to slide a knife in between glass and plastic. iv done a pair and youl prob get round about 1/4 of it then have to put it back in as the glue sets as it cools down
