Heard alot about these items but am yet to invest in one (may do tomorrow).

When using the clay bars do they tend to remove the finer/tiny particles of tar on the paint work.

My car is yellow and up close there are alot of small black specs, also is it just a question of applying the clay then leaving it without buffing off??

They make a noticeable difference to the feel of the paint.

Polish will remove tiny tar particles as well when used with a machine polisher. Think clay bar is easier to use as long as you use it correctly.

Clay bars are good, but not something you should use very often (imo). I'd use it twice a year.

I would clay the car, maybe wash it again to remove any claying residue, then polish, wax, etc. I don't think clay removes swirls??! It can remove some tar spots but you are prob best to clay the upper half of the car and then use something like auto glym tar remover on the bottom half of the car as the clay wiill get quickly contaminated if you do the bottom half with it; sonus green is pretty good in terms of clay

No it wont, it may make it look like it, but its just lifting off crap stuck to the surface,

You can use it every time you clean your car if you want to,
