JESUS! would imagine its the person standing in the road tbh.

they'll probably have a small sign somewhere saying spectators are there at their own risk

Well the driver hit them so technically them but all Motorsport events are at your own risk.

My cousin had to sign a form to say if she died at the event then her family couldnt sue. What does she do at them??...............snackbar. lol

But tbh standing on the road like that you deserve to chew a headlight.
