My boot doesnt unlock off the central locking anymore! have to use the key! Is it a big problem to solve? Any common faults it could be?

Any help appreciated

just a silly question, u havent turned the lock to so its horizontal have u cos that takes it off central locking n on to manual. putting the lock vertical may solve it

put your lock so the key hole is verticle
