A bit of info needed please.
I sold a few psp games on ebay recently and sent them out to the buyers, now one of them has opened a dispute with paypal saying that he never received the game, but the game was sent 2nd class standard parcels which was stated in my listings, now he his saying he wants the tracking number, which i dont have as it was send standard parcels i explained this to him, now he his calling me a liar as i dont have a tracking number.
So my question is does he have a case against me?
Any help would be appreciated

He'll win if you can't prove you sent it.

If you have something saying you sent it you should be ok, just provide it to paypal.
Unless you gave the option of insuring it and the buyer didn't take it you could possibly help him try and put a claim in with royal mail, think you can get up to 30 quid maybe?
