everytime the phone rings it cuts my internet connection! i have tried changing the filters, but no joy? it is wireless router.

How many sockets do you have in the house? Tried unplugging all of them and have just the router on the master socket? (If it not already is).

Got access to another spare router from a m8, work etc?

Don't forget your Sky box etc needs a filter too.

unscrew the master socket and you will have another place to plug your cable into try in there.

Try it with a microfilter if you haven't already.

I used to have the same problem til I moved to BT.
