Been having a bit of a play... Need to figure out what settings are for what situation now 
Also, could sombody tell me what the use of a high ISO is? I took a pic on iso 1600, then 100, and 1600 was just noise? It was just a picture of a car..?
Let's hope i get better

I posted about ISO in another thread earlier today.
I assume you are using the camera on Auto, or something other than full manual?
Basically, the ISO changes the sensitivity to light. So, if you were looking at a dark shot and the camera couldn't expose it correctly using the exposure time and aperture available, you would need to increase the ISO.
ISO however adds noise, so generally only bump it up when you need to. Using the camera around 100-200 ISO is usually pretty good in daylight.

not bad for a first attempt mate, was that manually set up or in auto mode? guna have to come out with the "pros"  now

The seagul one is the only one out of focus, guess which was the shot I did manually? :lol
