Hi guys,
looking to fit some 6x9s in the parcel shelf of my 98 1.2 Breeze this weekend (if weathers good, lol) iv been told here there and everywhere that some corsa have the rear wires in the back even if they dont have rear speakers. After having a quick look i couldnt see any wires, SO im thinking i will need to run the wires from the headunit to the rear speakers.
how easy is it to lift the trim on the sides to get the wires under and to the back, is there any tricks so i dont have to remove the trim etc etc.
cheers
P.S
Sorry about the essay, im bored at work, lol

ok mate i will give that a go, do you mean the trims where the rear speaker grill bits are (the pretty big panels?)
Are they the little star screws that hold the panel in?

not all of them have the wires there. mine didnt.
undo all the torx bolts holding the drivers side trim in place and then just slide the wire under it.

yeah i think your right Matt mate mine hasnt got the wires.
so bascially go from bad of headunit under steering wheel, do behind the trim under the door then into the rear trim (by the side of the seat) and up to where the rear speak grill bits are by the side of the parcel shelf???

yeah mate.
i did that and then brought the wires out from behind the trim through the cover over the top of the rear suspension.
id advise then pinning the wires out of the way rather than leaving them hanging across the boot
EDIT: this is for if youve got the 6x9s on the parcel shelf
