Recently my cars started getting alot louder when im driving 50+ and seems to be at its worst when i go round a left hand bend at speed. At first i thought it wo cos oil wo low but iv topped it up n its no different. Its sounds like a loud rubbing/whirring noise but iv got no idea wot it is? Any one else had this?

I dont think its a wheel bearing cos the noise is coming from the engine

my first car which was a citroen ax gt done that and it wasnt until it seized that after stripping it dwn that it was the oil pump wasnt gettin any oil up into the engine

Its a 99 1.2 16v got 73K on the clock with no engine mods just a back box

my GLS has just had 2 rear wheel bearing as the spring cable thing that holds the bearing in place had snapped and was wearing away lol took teh cap off and more filings than a etchasketch(sp) fell out

Yea my last corsa wo like tht n brake cylinder ad bust into drum so wo pissin fluid. No wonder mi mam sed brakes wer shit, i never really noticed lol
