I recently started a contract with O2 on the 25th March.
A day or so later I recieved a bill of £33.62 to be paid on the 10th April.
I've now got another bill to pay on the 25th April, which will be my usual amount of £32.50.
Why have they charged me so soon, and so much???

Phone up and ask.
They charge you pro rata though so it's probably all correct.
Depending what time of the month you take it out depends what way they take the payment.

Phone up then, they'll give you a better answer than we will and also sort it out if there is a problem.

I had the same thing when I started my contract. Rung up and they said they charge you a month in advance

I got a new T Mobile contract yesterday and they are billing me twice this month, one in 2 week then another beginning of next month.

So what does that mean?
I'm paying for 2 weeks worth of the phone for more than what 1 whole month would cost

No, you're paying in advance Kat.
Basically, the first payment you made is to cover the first month, and the second payment covers the second month.
It basically means that the last month of your contract will already be paid for, so if it runs out on the 30th September for example, the last bill you pay will be around the 31st August.
