was going to go for some r888's
but due to the fact they only come in 195/50 they're out of the question
but the fiesta boys rate them highly and many use toyo on track cars..
which is better though, similar price?

t1r is newer mate and alot better in the wet. my mate works at a tyre garage local to me and the rate toyo very very highly mate

i had t1 s on my xe and i didnt like them at all were rubbish in the wet and not that great in the dry either

iv bought a set of t1-s for 80 a pair posted, wish i picked t1 r, but they cost more

i have to get 195/"45"/15 rather than 195/50
due to fact the suspension is touching my tyres

haha i will see what i can get them for but 85 a pair seems pretty good to me mate.
i usually get that size for about 40quid each fitted so about same iirc

upto you mate, i personally am not keen on yokos. they only work well when warm imo and when wet they are pants. alot softer compound than toyo aswell so wont last aslong

i had toyos t1s didnt last very long at all and didnt think they provided much grip either. I will never buy toyos again

had a good read and they claim t1r have 25% more grip in the dry, if actually proven thats a fair bit more grip
