Are they bulbs, or LEDs?

If bulbs, you tried moving the brightness adjuster under the headlight switch?

If LEDs, nothing

I had flat top blue LED's, they were still shit. Then along with a loose connection, they used to flicker for shit.

Standard yellow bulbs ftw

I have LED ones in the dash but theyre not very bright either, they came as standard with flat tops. Do we know a company which sells the brighter bulbs because surely thats what the problem is?

With the round topped one, as you can see in the pic above, you get 'hot spots'; where the LED is brightest.

With a flat top on the LED it spreads the light out more so you cant actually see where the LED is, giving a more even light

rubbing the end of the LED's is intended to spread the beam, not make them brighter. In my experience it has very little effect and you end up with 3 bright patches as in the photo above.

If you can put up with green or red then just get the tinted bulbs. Blue is too dark in bulb form.
