my biting point has went quite high for some reason
to adjust it do i just turn the rubber thing on the clutch cable whilst keeping the nut still?
which way do i turn the rubber thing

At the gearbox end where the lever is you need to pull the end of the cable and adjust tighten the nut/end thingy. Clockwise to bring the biting point up.
