im planning on doing this to my sport i have an xe engine fitted. how will this effect the abs ? is the kit from cortney sport anygood? cheers

think you need the regulators from a rear disc model but unsure as never had abs on any of my rear disc converted cars

I did mine had to convert abs sensor at the back !

No you dont need a cavalier rear beam and you dont need abs mate, you need the conversion kit m-tec one is good and some cavalier rear hubs, and a kadett gsi handbrake cable and disc pads calipers etc...

can i ask why you are going this?

It wont really help your braking effort. IMO its a waste of money/time for the gains you get

tbh thats sounds abit stupid.

Have you ever been in a corsa/nova with rear disks. IMO it just makes it skitish and unsafe under braking.

Not as good for tight cornering on Welsh mountain tracks compared to drums.

i liked mine until i bent the back axle. could of done with being turned down a bit though

i did mine and my pedal brake is better as imo corsa brake feel is poo .. if you do right brake size and brake bias like i did mine you will be ok !!!
