dont you hate them hungover days where you just eat shit to get though it? I.ve been great in the last six month but had a piss up yesterday and ive eaten junk food all day. Gonna have to go for a massive run to get back to square 1.

try the cambridge diet, my sister has been doing it, she finds it hard, but were keeping her motivated, she's lost 12lbs in her firts week! does cost £35 a week though and you live off milkshakes

Sod diets, just cut out the shit between meals.

The 1st 2/3 weeks your gna get hunger pains but a bit of will power and you'll be fine.
