i want to change my harsh as fuck budget suspension as im getting really sick of feeling every stone and crack in the road and iv been in touch with Mr Dave A @ Vsport and he recommends the bilstein B10 kit so i would like to know people's opinion who have the kit fitted to there corsa or has been in a corsa with it fitted to see if it worth paying the extra and getting a good kit even tho i don't know how much longer i will have my car for.

is it close to the comfort of standard suspension?

I have this kit fitted to my Corsa.

I will be honest, it's not like the standard suspension, you CAN feel the bumps more but I wouldn't say it is a lot more of a harsh ride.

Compared to just springs it is 100 times better.

The car feels so much more planted with this kit it's unbelievable.

I would recomend this kit.

Couldnt agree more, got the kit on about 2-3 weeks ago now and the improvement from just springs is amazing, you do notice the bumps etc it is harsh at some times, but at the same time you can feel that its coping with them and doesnt feel like its going to bottom out like some kits do.

Well recomended kit

maybe ask dave to do you a deal on one front shocker and buy the rest of the kit from me, cheapest way to do it, one of my fronts is damaged due to a crash on front corner but rest have been checked and are in practically new condition

Just got my car back on road, with a b10 kit fitted, from dave a. Couldn't be happier with them. I used to have a spax kit with adjustable dampers, but even on their softest setting, they were no way near as comfortable as these. Dont get me wrong you can feel the road, but you dont bounce over the bumps if you know what i mean. I also fitted a full powerflex bush kit and hasn't made the ride harsh at all. very pleased.

I had to fit some different springs with mine because i couldn't go any lower than 40mm with the offset of my 17"s. So my springs are now for sale:
