Thing is though Real appear to have done most of it through the media.

I don't understand why clubs moan about approaching players in contract anyway, they all do it ffs

You would think they would just ignore it then turn down any offer proposed!

Yeah is stupid really - although shows how worried United are of Ronaldo being persuaded to leave with them causing this much fuss

I expect the main reason they're worried is that these things have a way of turning into self fulfilling prophecies. I still don't think he'll go yet though, he's just won the league and the champions league and I would say he has a better chance of winning it again at United than Madrid at the moment. I reckon he'll go when he's 27/28.

He wont go this summer, but I dont think you'll see another 3 seasons out of him if it carries on as it is now.

I cant see him waiting until he is 27/28, think he'd rather go to Spain in his prime.

I think he'll go next season, and the penalty misses against Barca and Chelsea will spell a half confident season in 08/09 and he won't even get 25 goals.

I said last season he wouldnt score as many as the season before - and he went and scored 40+

Im happy in predicting that he wont score nearly that many next season though!
