Attempting to tint my own + DIY Depo's...



The badgers aint coming apart... Time for Gas mark 4 for 5mins i think


Then, steak knife, + stanley to pick away at the sealant




Anybody else had issues? Saw a thread not so long ago but it seems it has dissapeared

valeo headlights are an asshole to get apart!! remove the electrics and soak in very hot water and carefully prise them apart

so when youve got them appart wot parts do you spray.cus u show me with pics?? do u just spray the chrome bit???

yes just the chrome bit but sand it down 1st or paint will come off

go to your local scrappy and get the ones with depo on them, far easier to get apart

Too late had them in the oven... 150c for 3- 4mins at a time.


And longer and the brackets/ fitures starts melting

lol


Started chipping away at the sealents tonight... Will post pics once done
