well today i had half hour lunch break today so had a look and go ready to start taking the head off i got as far as the rocker cover and noticed the cam follower i barely touched it and its moving all over the shot.so will look into that heres some pictures i took today found some cheapy bucket seats out of my loft today.also started taking the 1.6 apart to start doing the head gasket ect,if i dont use the 1.6 in the corsa it will go in my nova.comments please folks

ill look into all that after ive sorted the engine out been looking around a gsi bumpers/skirts nearly fell off my chair when i seen the price.

not doing the 1.6 conversion anymore ive sold most of the parts off the engine.

i needed to sort the valve out on the 1.2 so whilst i was doing that i doing the headgasket and cambelt as soon as this kit turns up 2mro i should start putting it back together.whats the best engine to get a let or xe???????also another t-cut and back to black on the bumpers.

LET is the best but in no means cheap, XE is a lot cheaper

well i surpose its an update.....spankyjames poped up earlier and helped me do my steering wheel ive stuck a nova gsi one on there for the time being.de-greased the block.got some 60mm lowering springs for it.found out the rear spolier is a irmy one.hopfully a few more things will be changing
