Finally got round to starting the rebuild on a c20xe for my corsa.

Please can any1 advise me of what inlet+exhaust manifolds to use, or are

standard adequate? Also what cams are best to use?

Any advise of what to look for and what to avoid will be appreciated.

standard inlet, exhaust, depends what your after really ?

Need it quick, but its my everyday car so dont want to ballacks up my

reliability too much by throwing loadsa mods on.
