ive got a curved bar and straight bar

I go to gym 3 times a week and like to do a little at home..

i'd like to be able to take it a little more seriously at home.. but im limited to what I can do..

No bench..


So far Ive realised i Can do...


Shoulder
Traps
Biceps


any different ways of using these?

press ups with your feet on your bed with aweight on your back in a bag or something is a great exercise.

handstand against the wall and to push ups.excellent for your shoulders!

you can do Triceps too

lift it above your head and lower it downbehind your head, keep your elbows tight in and facing forward and push the wight back up using your triceps

Or do skull crushers which are essentally the same but lieing down

im 13 and a half stone and about 6"2

easier said than done

pressups I often do, but I do normally get a good chest session on mondays

bought myself a tricep bar this week for it, its soo much nicer to use

Can use the curling bar for triceps too mate.

If you had a tall bench you could use the straight bar and do your back too.

You can do all sorts of legs as well mate, squats, calf raises just by holdin the weight and going onto your tip toes, bent over rows for upper back, tricep extensions.
